VERY BERRY TARTS

Ingredients

1 packet Very Berry Dip & Dessert Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. butter
2 cups fresh berries (sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 dozen mini tart shells, baked
Sliced almonds (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

Combine Very Berry Dip & Dessert Mix, cream cheese and butter and mix until smooth. Fill tart shells with Very Berry mixture and place fruit on top. Garnish with sliced almonds and fresh mint leaves, if desired. Refrigerate until serving.
